After experiencing addiction that lead to homelessness, brokenness and hopelessness. Ray & Susan Kelley had a radical experience with God and immediately were compelled to go back to those that they used to be and help as many as possible find freedom, hope and a new life. It all started on North St 15 years ago in a little yellow building on the corner, the original outreach center. Ray & Susan took the 7 people that attended their first meeting home with them that night and their discipleship program (the 28:20 project) began. From there more people came home with them which lead to more houses. 3 years later a thrift store was added then a coffee shop on Beach St.
